We accept checks and purchase orders through our downloadable pdf form. We also accept most major credit cards - VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Paypal.

How can I pay by credit card when using your downloadable form?

Make sure to provide your e-mail address and indicate that you would like to pay by credit card. We will e-mail you an electronic invoice where you have the option of paying by one of Paypal's accepted credit cards.

Is it safe to purchase with my credit card?

How much does shipping cost?
